We are in the process of a retirement move and my goodness we are finding so many things we had in storage from my daughter's wardrobe - one owner. These are Children's sizes. I believe these items are from the late 1990s or early 2000s. Also, to help with sizing, my daughter was very petite when a teen around 5ft 1 in. tall and weight around 90-100 lbs. She typically wore a Jr small or extra small in clothing in her teens and as a pre-teen Size 10-12 Child's Medium.
