Premier Designs "Seaside" seed bead/ faceted glass with magnet clasp necklace!

Apparently the estate I purchased these from, the original owner was a dealer of some sort for Premier Designs. I have two, in like-new condition, with all of the clasp rhinestones in tact. This is the multi-strand teal/grayish colored beaded "Seaside" Premier Designs necklace! It's 16" long and has a silver toned metal, magnetic clasp.
