In case you're unfamiliar with Preen "power dresses" they're an English competitor to Herve Leger in terms of creating a flattering shape. This is a size small, and can be worn as a midi or mini dress (or wherever is most flattering) by arranging the folding how you want it. The material is very thick and very high quality. These are very tight dresses and they're supposed to be. I own Herve Leger and my suggestion is to go with your Herve Leger size, so this dress will fit size 2-4, with quite a big range given it is supposed to be fitted and tight, but not have that 'second skin' type appearance the Herve Leger does.
