🎁🎄 Precious, Vintage Christmas tree brooch

This beautiful silver frame tree with gold tone balls and ribbon is in fantastic condition. Doesn't seem to tarnish. I thought it might be Avon but I couldn't find any like it. The 'ribbon bow' at bottom seems hard to find. Told it was 60s/70s. I don't have a jeweler eyepiece to look for marks.
