Precious Orange & White Heart Belted Dress

NWOT 💜This is a precious dress! It is a lighter color orange with white hearts on it. It has multi layers of ruffles around the bottom and also a matching belt on it. It buttons down to the ruffles with faux diamond studs and has 2 small pockets at the top.It comes with the bloomers (still attached under the dress) also. Never been worn and in New Condition. 💜NWOT💜
