This is a beautiful Precious Moments figurine from 1990 titled “There’s a Light At the End of the Tunnel” (#521485). It is made of bisque porcelain (matte finish typical of Precious Moments). The bottom of the figurine is marked with the Enesco / Precious Moments licensing and the 1990 year stamp. The side of the base is signed "SamB" indicating it was designed by Samuel J Butcher.
