Pre 1920 German made Medical Porcelain Infant or Invalid Feeder with finger ring

I think this was an early model by WT&C. The stamp made in Germany is on the bottom. There are some digits to the left that looks like 100 to me. Can’t quite make them out. No chips or cracks. Clean. Smoke and fragrance free. One listed on famous Auction site for $40 (plus $15 shipping!) Will be safely double boxed.
