designerderek5 @ripcord7 Getting back to you! 34 inch waist Outer seam is 38 Inner inseam is 30 Measurement inside bottom opening is 16 inches Full disclosure I noticed a very fine hole in the back of pant leg that wouldn’t show in a photograph. So lower price is negotiable. Thanks for your patience
