Prada camo Mens backpack

This is a men’s backpack. My dog tries to chew the adjustable backpack strap. Front pocket and top pocket had to get sent back to Prada to fix. It took forever and cost a fortune. The pocket on top of bag won’t zip completely. I just took a safety pin and sealed it shut. Look at pics. If you need additional info or photos let me know.
