Prada black envelope wristlet

Used Prada wristlet inherited from deceased relative. This black hand-held item features grey suede interior and gold hardware. Interior has a few spots that I am hesitant to take a wet wipe to, as it is suede. Hardware has hint of tarnish if you examine it closely. Dimensions: W 8.3125” x H 4.8125”. Strap has 5.5” drop. This thing is envelope thin, you could fit an iPhone and maybe chapstick in it. Maybe it was supposed to be a makeup case?
