gently used condition. size 38 which is about a size 2-4 US. mini skirt by Prada, should be the spring collection of 2006 (almost vintage!) the only flaw is there's a lot of wear in the inner tag with fabric content/other info but not visible when worn. waist up to 27 inches, length is about 16 inches
