Darling white dress! Smocked elastic waist, cap sleeves, mid-length Button front closure hidden in black and white ruffle. No fabric tag but feels like a lightweight cotton poplin Size 42, Italian. See pics for more measurement details. Excellent condition but the black ruffle has bled into the underside of the white ruffle. This is not noticeable when worn. Please see pics.
