Prada Vibram Nylon and Leather Tall Boots in Black Size IT 39 / US 8.5-9

Good condition - No major stains, scuffs or scratches. Sole is in excellent condition. Overall condition is 8 out of 10. There is a discrepancy with size please see description and photos. Both Vibram soles says size is 39, however the inside of boots say one is size 38.5 and the other is size 39. These fit like a size 8.5 to 9.
