brollys_buys It's not a cigarette burn.. it's where the plate was. I'm assuming it was Metal since there is a hole where the plate used to be and there is a lot of metal hardware.

brollys_buys 149 is our negotiation that's half way between what you offered.and what we are asking.. I think that's a fair deal. We don't have the plate I promise if we did I would tell you, I have no idea where it is. if you look closely there is a small pin size hole on the front of the bag where the plate went if you find a plate that works it will cover this. There are no other flaws.. no stains no burns no tears or rips or anything.

brollys_buys What do you consider damage? There are minor scratches that would be the extent of the wear.

brollys_buys I understand, it's ok. we have tried to be as straightforward as we can about the condition.. it is pre-owned no major flaws or damage. The silver pieces are in good shape no cracks rust or peeling. I would say some silver polish would make them good as new.
