Prada Kids' Toddler Leather Low Top Sneakers - White - Size: 2 or 2.5

Chic Prada sneakers for kids. White with navy accents. Velcro straps for easy wear. Great condition! Worn but allot of life left. Some exposed raw leather on the straps, some creasing, bit of scruffs. Review all pictures before purchasing. Size 31. I cannot find the conversion chart so I do not know what these are equivalent to in sizing - likely size 2/2.5. Please review pictures with measuring tape.
