Prada Brown Shoe with rubber accent size 9 USA

Elegant brown tobacco color men’s Prada shoe with rubber accent size 9 Labeled 8, but all Prada mens is a size up from labeled. size 9US. Shoes are as is, and has the rubber accent defect coming up from body on both shoes. I tried to glue but need a professional cobbler to use proper glue. Otherwise, in great condition sole, protected original heels, and clean inside.
