This briefcase has a leather upper with a black nylon body. It has a couple of indented marks on the leather as shown in the picture. The interior is in excellent shape with no rips or stains. It will hold a 15” laptop. There’s no shoulder strap, just the handles and I didn’t see any place to attach one. Measurements are included. Please feel free to ask questions or send me an offer.
