@darsolis87 thanks! It's still hard to tell what is on the heel and if it will come off. Is it a black scuff and have you tried to get it off? Also, in one of the pics it looks like there's a dark smudge on the top of the right shoe. Is that a shadow?

@dmcmennamin are you looking at the pictures with the granite counter background? those are the most updated pictures. I took them this morning. The left shoe does have a smudge that won't come off.But the right one is just a shadow. I'll try to get a video on here for accuracy.

@mariannef77 hi, yes ma'am. purchased from Neimans a couple years ago. They are designer. designer tends to run a bit snug at times. so if your a 9.5/10 these are perfect
