Prabal Gurung vegan leather and lace blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @rebeccaraj83. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Purchased but never wore😀 see second photo for more info. Defect was not noticeable when tried on. Is not a spot but appears to be like a “snag” in the fabric Questions? Leave a comment below!
