Prabal Gurung for target fir and flair summer dress floral printed cotton

Is a size 4 but should fit a size 6 at waist. Is in good condition but u can see in the armpit there's discoloration. I only wore once and was laundered. This happens bcs is mainly cotton and since it doesnt fit me. I wont be rewashing it. Thats why the price
