Prabal Gurung for Target Short Sleeve Dress 🦋

From the 2013 collection, this is the short sleeve dress in the First Date print! It’s layered and flowy—and the sleeves are sheer. I’m usually a 2-4, this is a 6 and fits great — the band around the rib cage is snug though! This is a really beautiful dress, I’ve worn it twice but just don’t find myself wearing it enough — so I must part with it!
