Basically new--I removed the tags but haven't worn it outside. This dress has the softest fabric I've ever felt, and the color is gorgeous. It's not the right cut for me, but otherwise I'd love to keep it. The fabric is nice and stretchy, and the tie at the waist means it's really adjustable for different sizes.
