I bought one of these online to aid in my guitar lessons. The store sent 2 by mistake & let me keep them both. I use mine almost every day, before guitar practice because it limbers up my wrist and fingers. I especially like this little gem because it allows me to challenge my fingers to stretch & strengthen. Helps to get at the trickier chords. I imagine it would help a student of any stringed instrument! Also alleviates hand cramps that occur during practice. Love it!
