@jomi19 hello! This has Velcro shoulder straps and is meant to fit sizes 2-5 years. For reference, daughter was a very tall 4 year old in the pictures. She wore a size 5T clothing at the time. I tried it on her this morning and wearing a Sz 6, costume still fits her.
