Missouri Pacific Railroad Building was begun in 1926 planning 30 Stories but construction stopped in 1928 at 22 floors when the company didn't want to appear too wealthy during the depression. It occupied 1/2 block bounded by Pine, Olive & 13th st facing Memorial Plaza. The second half of the plans to fill the block was never built. Bright Colors Unused. 20s era.
