Post Surgery Gray Tshirt, snaps on right sleeve

The top of the right sleeve completely opens with snaps. I think the idea is that it is easier to get dressed after shoulder surgery, and/or check the area without having to take off the whole shirt. Worn a few times by a woman who usually wears XL; unisex. Please check measurements and ask any questions.
