These accounts use stolen photos of items, including stolen photos of people all over the world, they claim to sell at low prices, ladies do not fall for the traps, they are trying to scam you. If the deal is too good to be true, it’s because it’s probably fraud. Don’t let these foreigners get away with this, PoshMark please do something or you will lose a lot of business because quite frankly I don’t feel comfortable shopping on the site anymore.

yasi89 @ecoluxgal yeah, not sure how they haven't been sued yet. They are openly facilitating the sales of counterfeit goods which is a federal crime. Even M.ercari.I does a better job of protecting its buyers.

eatshoppray I know! LOTS of fake bags. It's disgusting. More than half the bags on this site are fake and they don't even try to hide it.

raquel2e It’s gotten so bad with YSL and Yeezy I’ve noticed. I emailed Posh support about it but I didn’t hear anything back. It’s so bad for business and deters people from wanting to sell on this site.

alba_maxima @jillibooboo yep - I took a chance, didn’t get my parcel after it was marked delivered and USPS confirmed the address on the label was a different one in my zipcode 🙄 Posh canceled and refunded me thankfully. It’s sooo easy to spot these scams now, all with new users/one listing/prices in the $400s, as well as the (bad) fakes for anyone with a tiny bit of knowledge. No-one is doing anything about it and it’s virtually impossible to browse/shop now.

bundlesandbags YES!!! My pics are on number of FAKE ACCOUNTS!!! And I’ve even fallen victim to one of these THUGS!!! I hope they realize TAMPERING WITH USPS LABELS IS A HUGE OFFENSE. MAIL FRAUD = PRISON TIME

baseball_jen Scamming runs so rampant on here! You can get authenticated items for cheaper than the $500 you'd likely be being overcharged (& assuming the person wasn't actually scamming you - that they'd be being taken advantage of with the commission!). Idk about you guys but I've been on here 6 yrs & at first I didn't mind the high commission bcthe customer service was better than excellent. These days it takes 4ever to get a response & if you do the person "helping" you doesn't ever actually help!

baseball_jen like I've been screwed by P on hella occasions, but most recently I realized that they aren't even reading disputed cases anymore. A waist tie was supposed to come with this Spell dress I bought but it wasn't in the package. Even in my initial case, I said I wanted to keep the dress but I was hoping that if the seller still had it, maybe - like back in the day - they'd give her a label to send it & spare her any extra $ lost (I got a great deal so I wasn't really even upset about it)

baseball_jen then the seller got all defensive & mean (Im like you'll get your $ I want to keep it) so I stopped talking to her & specifically directed my communications to POSHMARK. Like 3 weeks later I got an email with a return label! I specifically in no uncertain terms told P that I did NOT need to return the dress from the 1st day!

baseball_jen But no one obv. had even read through any of the conversation. They used to moderate & try to help. Who knows who else they've screwed bc they don't even read what anyone says when you open a case! Quite frankly you can find what your looking 4 elsewhere w/better service. I've just been on here so long, I've got friends & don't want to leave but I don't want to deal with all the other crap! it's ridiculous & prob what they count on, ppl not leaving!

gigisglam @jillibooboo Oh my gosh that’s crazy. They pulled that on Ebae- too. You can see from they delivered zip code it isn’t to your zip code usually. Does posh always refund you?
