Poshmark etiquette when making an offer

I was recently offered $19 for a bundle of almost $100 worth of items. I give a 20% off two or more items. All my items are good to near mint condition and when I counter offered with a fair price it was declined. The potential buyer had items in his closet averaging $60. When making an offer remember this isn't a yard sale!
