If you are using Poshmark on your phone and you want to see your credits/balance click on your user name in the bottom right corner, then go to “my balance” and you should have a $10 credit. comfortcostume @michellett269 once you click on “my balance” are you looking at credits instead of balance? That’s where it should pop up. It could be delayed because you just signed up, but if there is something you are interested in purchasing I would try to purchase it and see if the credit applies before you push the final “submit” button to purchase.
