I have been emailing poshmark about a return that was 10 days ago I haven't heard anything from them also they send me a wrong mailing label 6 days ago I haven't heard anything direct deposit well 4 days ago nothing. People are not releasing my payments and its been a week anyone else is having problems as soon as my sales get to the buyers and my payments get deposit in my bank account I will delete my account here

augandshell I am more than upset about customer service and how they DON'T try to help!! Direct deposit should be almost right away and I sent email after a day asking what the time frame was and got the "usual" we are busy we will get back to you response then I got another email saying about 3 working days then I responded with it should be almost right away .what did I get ?another email saying even longer that they are having deposit issues ..wow really well fix it!! So now it is gonna take even longer like 8 days for direct deposit...this is more than wrong!!!

adilicon @strongwill29 omg I know I send a coach wristlet new with tags and it came back to me about 13 days later with stains and the tag in side the bag that was the last I sold here pm needs to protect the sellers more
