@hollymarie2117 yes. That shirt was the wrong size, it was a Large, I ordered a medium. The other one is fine. I believe that is what i put on the claim with Posh.

@maddy406 yes but when you return something you have to return the entire order because posh will refund you ALL of the money from the purchase, no worries, I just put in an inquiry with posh to see what they say is best! So sorry again about the wrong size!

@maddy406 when you do a return on posh what happens is you get refunded for your purchase. If you had wanted a size exchange you would have to send the whole purchase, receive a refund, and repurchase because that is the only means of return available on poshmark, I wish there was a better way to do it buy posh doesn't allow any other way! We'll see what posh has to say!

@maddy406 otherwise the only way for me to do it is to accept your return, and you'll automatically get a full refund, and then you repurchase the same bundle with both items and I send you the correct size of the one item you sent back to me and you keep the item that you have.

@hollymarie2117 I'm so confused. I thought I clicked under "something is wrong with the order" "wrong size" and return. I figured they would just put the payment on hold till I got the right size! I still really want that shirt in a medium. Huh. I'm wearing the striped one today lol

@maddy406 so the best thing to do is I'll go ahead and accept your return, and you'll get a full refund for both items automatically to your posh account and then you can repurchase both items in the bundle for the same price and then keep the sweater and I'll just send the right size in the shirt. Does that make sense?
