nicholas_knight does this have the organization bags/modules and flaps inside?

patrick1689 @nicholas_knight No. The pack is set up with segregated pockets and flaps on the outside as well as modular compartments and flaps on the inside. This bag is a Spec. Ops Tactical Med. pack. It does not have the colored separate bags that I think you're talking about. That's more of a paramedic bag with stop bleeding bags, airway bags separated. This pack has separation areas for each on the inside and out.
