Portia and Scarlett PS25307 prom dress pink sz 6 NWT!

I purchased a few Portia and Scarlett prom dresses on sale for my daughter to try, they had a no return policy on sale items. A local boutique is selling the same dress in black for $789. This dress hasn’t been in a store, it was purchased from an online only retailer, so it doesn’t have wear and tear from trying on, but it is wrinkled from packaging. It’s a size 6, my daughter is 5’9, this dress is a perfect length for her.
