Portia & Scarlett plunging V-neck and thin straps on this stunning floor-length gown are stunning. Beads, sequins, and crystals are used to embellish the fitted bodice. The mermaid-style skirt has a train that runs from the waist to the floor. Worn only once, it’s in great condition! I wear a 12/14 dress size and needed a size up for this particular brand, (SIZE 16) the one shown in the pics.
