Porcelain White Creamer Small Jug for Decorative Use Only

I don’t know much about this pitcher, no maker’s mark, in very good condition, no nicks or cracks or crazing. There are three small black spots on one side, and small hole on the inside of the handle. Please see pictures. Butterfly is a transfer image, and pitcher cannot be immersed in water. Wipe with a soft cloth. Can be used as a small vase.
