Porcelain Cup Fruit Design Handpainted in Ireland 3" Tall Signed

Handpainted porcelain / ceramic cup from Ireland. It features a fruit design with green leaves. The cup measures approximately 3" tall. It does appear to be signed by the artist. No chips or cracks noted. Some minor staining on the inside of the cup and along the bottom rim. See pictures for further details on condition.
