Porcelain Basket With Bamboo Handle

Pretty glass basket with shell design. The color and design reminded me of buttercream icing on a cake. It has a round place inside for a votive I believe but it was so pretty I didn't want melted wax inside so used it for cottonballs. Handle moves but is really for display. It's hard to part with this, it's beautiful!
