This is a Lilac Popflex activewear Women's Corset Pirouette Dress in a size medium. It has built in shorts under the skirt. Taylor Swift was photographed wearing the Popflex lilac skirt that is part of this line. The waist measures 28” and the dress measures 30” from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the dress.
