One if a kind Custom made popchips dress by Merlin Castell Strapless dress Made out of unused original flavor of popchips bags, sequins, lining & trim. We sent the designer rolls of popchips bags so he could create several designs out of all the flavors and this one he made for me as a thank you/surprise.
