Popatu tulle 3d butterfly dress, size 2-3

Size 2T/3T. Pictured on a size 4 mannequin for reference. The color has bled up onto the white bodice on the back (see photo). Not sure if it can be fixed - I have not washed it. This was worn for one photoshoot and damage happened just hanging in the closet. Still an awesome play dress or can be covered up with a cardigan!
