This collarless jacket is great for a Bella Baxter costume, but easily can be worn to dress up any formal or fashionable ‘fit. Beautiful light blue color and in a taffeta fabric. I currently have the collar safety pinned open to make it look like collar lapels. You can easily uncle for a closed look though. See photos for condition.
