Poofy Black TuTu

Big Poofy Black colored Tutu. Waistband unstretched measures approx. 16.5" with quite a bit of stretch to go past this measurement. It is also approx. 18" long from the top of the waistband. It consists of a white inner lining (no "legs" or built in panties) and a silky black outer layer with layered tulle on top.
