Pony white pearlized leather upper "Feed the Cat" sneakers NWOT Size 8-1/2

Pony brand 'Feed The Cat' mid top white leather upper lace up sneakers with red "splatter" accents under the rubber reinforced lace eyelets and across the outsole (also rubber). The outsole also features a red rubber accent at the rounded toe and the lining around the ankle and wrapping the inside of the heel is a padded pink and white pin stripe (pictured). Heel to top of sneaker measures appx 4-1/2" measured from the outside so with that thick sole and cushioned insole, it'll rise up the ankle about 3-3/4" (measured from the inside). Footbed is a removable/replaceable cushioned insole and the tongue bears the Pony logo in matching red and white. Founded in 1972 on Madison Avenue in New York City, PONY was created by Uruguayan-born industry veteran Roberto Muller, along with financing provided by Adidas Chairman Horst Dassler. The company's name is an acronym for Product of New York. During the late 1970s and early 1980s, Pony became one of the top athletic brands worldwide.  NWOT No box
