Polo by Ralph Lauren Blue Jean Jacket with Patchwork

Purchased on Poshmark with small hole. Could easily be hand stitched and not noticed. This was sold to me as a medium but reposhing because I think it’s a large or x-large. I believe it must be a sample because there is writing on the inside and no tag.
