It runs comparable to Ralph Lauren's girls' sizing (sizes 2T-6X). We suggest customers who typically order Ralph Lauren's girls' apparel to order their usual size. Size 4-4T has a 16.25" front body length, a 15.25" back body length, and a 21" sleeve length. Sleeve length is taken from the center back of the neck.
