Polly Flinders Vintage Red & Blue Hand Smocked Dress girls Size 3T

Both dresses are in good pre-owned condition. There are two tiny spots on the smocking of the red dress. Very hard to see. I circled where they are located. Please reference photos. The blue dress has a tiny spot on the back. The red dress is tagged Polly Flinder, the Blue dress does not have a maker tag. They are from the same person. Both are a size 3T. The blue dress is made in the USA
