Polkadot heart shaped dress (please read description)

Lovely dress that features a heart shaped front decorated with a rose at the waist that ties to the back. Only worn twice. I have noticed a bit of discoloration on certain parts of the polkadots but it’s very small and not obvious. Please see pics. Other than that this dress is like new.
