Polkadot and ruffle dress

H&M brand polkadotted, black and white dress with ruffles around the neck and sleeves. Long slit down the back with two buttons and seam across the middle. Can be worn backwards too! This says size small, but is really the size of an xs and there is no stretch. In good condition.
