Polka dot wrap dress

This black and white dress is perfect for any occasion. I have found you can dress it up or down for a special event or just a summer day. It is super light and easy to wear. It has a nice wrap style able to be adjusted to your waist. And it also has slight ruffles at the bottom that are really pretty. This dress is in great condition and I have only worn it a handful of times. It just isn’t my go to anymore.
