Hello,
I did add a photo to listing. The bust is 42, the stretchy band is 28 stretching to 42. The vertical measurement from shoulder seam to band is 15. I took 2 measurements once the dress starts flaring out- which were 47 inches and 50. Since I think the band will go right under your bust, I think the larger one is more accurate of the waistline. I will be posting same dress in navy (not cream) XL soon.
